Baked potatoe covered in ground beef, cheese, mushrooms and green onion.

Recipe Ingredients for French Stuffed Potatoes

4 large baking potatoes
4 ounces mushrooms, canned
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for French Stuffed Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Bake potato for 1 hour or until done. When potato is nearly done, start on meat mixture.

  2. Brown together in a skillet the ground beef, green onion, and mushrooms. Add both salts.

  3. Slice open potatoes, break up potatoes with fork, and spoon in meat mixture, add cheese atop each potato. Return to oven until cheese is melted.

  4. Makes 4 servings
