4 idaho potatoes
4 oz fat free chicken broth
2 tsp smart balance spread
1/4 onion
1 oz swiss cheese
1/4 tsp old bay
1/8 tsp tarragon

Recipe Directions for French Scalloped Potatoes

  1. slice potatoes & arrange in glass baking dish

  2. pour broth over potatoes

  3. saute minced onion in butter in microwave for 1 minutes, sprinkle over potatoes, finely shred swiss over potatoes, sprinkle with spices, bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes until potatoes are tender
