Recipe Ingredients for french perosky

17 3/10 oz puff pastry sheets
16 oz mushrooms, broken up
2 tbsp olive oil
2 red onion, diced
10 oz baby spinach
28 oz firm tofu, mashed

Recipe Directions for french perosky

  1. preheat oven to 400

  2. Warm up your puff pastry sheets to room temp.

  3. Drain tofu, put in a bowl and break up with a fork. In a skillet saute your mushrooms with 1tsp olive oil. cook until nice and soft, scoop out on top of the tofu. Wash your spinach and with the water left over from washing it saute it down in the same pan you just used for the mushrooms. Once all wilted down add to tofu mixture. Add the onions to your skillet and carmalize them down with tsp olive oil... Add to the tofu mixture and mix it all up well.

  4. Take your pastry sheets that have warmed up to the room temp. And roll them out and then slice down into four pieces. gently coat each corner of each section with your olive oil, place a hefty spoon full into the center of each section and then take corners and join them. Twisting them two together and then the other two corners on top works good.

  5. place into a baking dish that is well greased, leaving some room in between each one. drizzle a bit of olive oil over the tops. Place into the oven and let bake away for 40min.. Enjoy :D
