Morph of a PB&J and French Toast. Inspired by a Woman's Day Magazine Recipe. Appointed by my preschooler.

Recipe Ingredients for French PB&J

2 slices whole wheat bread
2 tsp crunchy peanut butter
2 tsp sugar free jam
3 tbsp egg beater
1 tsp skim milk
1/2 tsp powdered sugar

Recipe Directions for French PB&J

  1. Make a PB&J. (I used the pampered chef sandwich cutter to seal the edges).

  2. Dip in egg/milk.

  3. Cook both sides on griddle until golden.

  4. Dust with powdered sugar.
