  1. In covered large saucepan coated with Pam, cook onions over low heat about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. Add beef broth and worcestershire sauce.

  3. Heat to boiling.

  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
