Recipe Ingredients for French Fries

4 medium yukon gold potatoes
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 t salt
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t garlic powder

Recipe Directions for French Fries

  1. preheat oven to 425 degrees

  2. melt coconut oil in skillet until hot.

  3. slice potatoes into wedges

  4. put potatoes into hot oil and fry until slightly browned

  5. put into oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
