French-based white cheese fondue. Serve with crusty baguette pieces

Recipe Ingredients for French Fondue

3 oz Tillamook Cheddar
3 oz Gruyere Cheese
1 oz Swiss Cheese
4 oz Wine, Table, White
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 tbsp Butter
14 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for French Fondue

  1. Chops shallots and sautee in a medium saucepan in butter.

  2. Add white wine to deglaze pan and bring to simmer

  3. Slowly stir in flour to make a rue.

  4. Shred cheese or cut into small pieces and slowly stir into rue until all is added, melted and combined.

  5. Pour into fondue warmer or crock pot and serve warm.
