A great busy day meal, just be sure to have it in the slow cooker early in the morning, this needs 8-10 hours to cook.

Recipe Ingredients for French Dip in the Slow Cooker

5 pound boneless beef chuck roast
1 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
2 bouillon cubes
12 french rolls, split

Recipe Directions for French Dip in the Slow Cooker

  1. Place roast in slow cooker then add remaining ingredients except french rolls. Turn the slow cooker to low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.

  2. Remove beef and shred in a large bowl, serve on french rolls with the juice for dipping. Enjoy!
