Breakfast as the french would have it.

Recipe Ingredients for French crepes

1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
3 cups milk
2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for French crepes

  1. 1)Mix dry ingredients;

  2. 2)Mix wet ingredients in a separte bowl;

  3. 3)Make a well in the dry mix and mix the wet mix in the well. Mix well.

  4. 4)Place 6 tbsp of batter is a saucepan with lil olive oil on medium heat

  5. 5)Lift pan and spread crepe

  6. 6)Ready when brown on both sides
