Makes 14 servings

Makes thin crepe, slightly sweet - because I intended the batch for sweet crepe. If not just 1 tsp Sugar is enough.

Recipe Ingredients for French Crepe - Basic

1 cup(125 g) Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Butter
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
3 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for French Crepe - Basic

  1. Mix flour, sugar and salt - set aside.

  2. Melt the butter.

  3. In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk.

  4. Add in flour mixture, beat until smooth.

  5. Stir in melted butter.

  6. Brush a griddle or medium size flat frying pan with butter or oil. Heat it up over medium high heat.

  7. Pour or scoop the batter while rotating the pan to evenly/thinly coat the pan. You can see the crepe started to bubble and become opaque as it cooks.

  8. Personally I only brown one side, as the crepe is thin enough to cook through. The longer you leave it in the pan it gets crispier.

  9. Fill with nutella, fruits, nuts, cheese, ham, turkey, etc. Go crazy!
