Recipe Ingredients for French Breakfast Puffs

1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. oat flour
4 T. flax, ground
4 T. flour
2 T. sugar, granulated
6 T. honey
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk
3 T. vanilla yogurt
3 T. applesauce, unsweetened

Recipe Directions for French Breakfast Puffs

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Combine wet ingredients.

  3. Mix together and bake in 300F oven for 12-15 minutes in a lined muffin pan
