Use this for bread or pizza dough

Recipe Ingredients for French Bread

2 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons yeast
2 tbsp oil
5 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for French Bread

Add water, yeast, sugar & salt. Let yeast rise. Then add oil & flour. Mix for few minutes. Let rise until doubled. Separate into 2 loaves. Bake at 400 for 20-25 min.
