Keep these baked meatballs ready in the freeer for a quick meal on those busy days!

Recipe Ingredients for Freezer Meatballs

3 large Egg, Whole
0.33 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
24 oz Ground Beef - 85% lean
3/4 cup Rogers Old Fashioned Large Flake Oats
1 clove Garlic
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Freezer Meatballs

Place meat in large bowl. Process oatmeal in blender to coarse crumbs, sprinkle over beef. Process remaining ingredients in blender until smoothe, pour over meat & oatmeal. Mix together well, form into meatballs. Place on foil-lined baking sheet, sprayed with PAM. Bake in 350 F oven for 20 mins, drain on paper towel. Freeze in ziploc bags. Makes about 35 meatballs.
