makes 60 1 1/2 inch meatballs, wrap in3-20 meatball packages and freeze up to 6 months.

Recipe Ingredients for freezer meatballs

4 eggs, beaten
1 c. bread crumbs (unseasoned)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 t. pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
2 t. salt
1 t. dried thyme
3 pounds ground venison

Recipe Directions for freezer meatballs

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place on rack over baking pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cool and wrap into packages for freezing.
