Serving = 2 cups. I heat up the 2 cups and add frozen cod, shrimp or whatever you have in the freezer to make a fish stew. Or add beans and kale or spinach to add protein. also great for a light luch or supper just as it is.This is excellent to have in the freezer.

Recipe Ingredients for Free Weight Loss Soup

1 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1 cup, diced(120 g) Celery
8 cup No Salt Added Chicken Broth
28 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
2 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
2 g Dried Bay Leaves (tbsp,+crumbled)
1 tbsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Free Weight Loss Soup

In heavy bottom soup pot heat olive oil on medium heat when hot add onions, carrots and peppers cook till almost soft, add garlic and zucchini and cook another few minutes. Add all other ingredients and bring to soft boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Just add any vegetables that aren?t starchy vegetables like beets, peas, potato, corn etc.
