Recipe Ingredients for "Free" Vegetable Soup

3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced zucchini
83 g green beans
1 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
3 cups chicken broth
6 oz V-8 juice
1 dash salt, pepper
4 g Lemon Pepper Salt-Free Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for "Free" Vegetable Soup

  1. Combine everything EXCEPT seasonings in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook over low heat until vegetables are soft to your liking, about 20-30 minutes.

  2. Add salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning to taste.

  3. 1 serving = 1 cup

  4. Divide into individual servings and keep in fridge or freezer for a quick serving of vegetables.
