2 tbsp Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
0.5 cup Vanilla Nonfat Yogurt
0.67 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
8 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
