Recipe Ingredients for Fred's Omlete

2 large Eggs
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 onions
1 tsp Pam
1/8 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Fred's Omlete

Spray frying pan with Pam, and add peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Sautee for about 4 minutes. Set aside. Beat two eggs and pour into pan. Cook for about 5 minutes, flip if necessary. Add spices, then add veggies. Fold over. Remove and place omlete on plate. Grate a 1/4 cup of cheese, and enjoy.
