Just like at the restaurant. Two or more chicken breasts baked in the oven then shredded and added to pan cooked vegetables. Served on flour tortillas.

Recipe Ingredients for Freakin Fajitas

1 medium raw(110 g) Onion Red
4 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 medium Green Bell Pepper

Recipe Directions for Freakin Fajitas

  1. Take chicken breasts and place in hot cast iron frying pan with a small amount of olive oil in pan. shake fajita seasoning mix over top of chicken breasts and on the pan itself, cover with tin foil and then place in 350 degree pre-heated oven.

  2. Take another cast iron pan and heat up small amount of olive oil in pan (enough to coat bottom). Add seasoning mix and when the oil is hot, add vegetables to pan. Continue to cook vegetables until reduced and well cooked, turning with a spatula consistently.

  3. When chicken is done (about 10 to 15 minutes) take pan out of oven and start to shave the chicken breasts apart in the pan. When you have reduced the chicken to a pile of pieces and shavings, remove from the baking pan and add to the vegetable pan for simmering over lower heat. let it simmer for 5 more minutes while you heat up the tortillas in the warm oven. Remove tortillas and add the mixture to them. Garnish with cilantro or salsa or cheese of choice.
