Recipe Ingredients for Fran's tabboleh

1 cup bulgur, uncooked
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
14 ounce garbanzo beans
3 medium tomatoes
1 cup sliced green onions
1 cup chopped parsley
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped

Recipe Directions for Fran's tabboleh

Add 1 cup water to bulgurand bring to boil. Remove from heat and allow bulgur to soak up water. Add oil and lemon juice and allspice. Add rest of ingredients. Chill overnight.
