This is entered without the vegenaise or the Spike seasoning. Add the calories for the vegenaise, if added.

Recipe Ingredients for Frank's Favorite Soup

3 T canola oil
2 carrots
3 celery stalks
1 T onion powder
1 c. wheat flour
4 c. chicken broth
3 c. cooked brown rice
1 T curry
1 T lemon pepper
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Frank's Favorite Soup

  1. Cook the chopped up veggies in the oil for 3 minutes.

  2. Then add in the flour and one cup of broth.

  3. Continue to cook until veggies are nearly cooked. Add the rest of the broth, chiecken, rice, and seasonings.
