Recipe Ingredients for Foxriver Tuna Casserole

2 1/2 oz whole wheat penne pasta
2 1/2 oz bow tie pasta
4 oz mushrooms, canned
1 onion, sliced
8 4/5 oz (1 can) condensed cream of mushroom soup
4 oz water
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded
1 tsp basil, dried

Recipe Directions for Foxriver Tuna Casserole

  1. cook the pasta until al dente.

  2. drain pasta and combine with soup, water, mushrooms, onions and tuna.

  3. put mixture into oven proof dish.

  4. toast bread and make into bread crumbs, combine with basil.

  5. sprinkle crumbs on top of pasta and top with cheese.

  6. bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
