Delicious warm pasta salad with good fats and a little feta not so good...)

Recipe Ingredients for Four seed and feta pasta

3 1/2 oz Whole Wheat Pasta
20 g feta cheese
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 clove garlic
2 tsp flax seeds
2 tsp sunflower seeds
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp pumpkin seeds
1 spring onion

Recipe Directions for Four seed and feta pasta

  1. While the pasta is cooking lightly toast the four seeds on a low heat.

  2. Chop the feta into small cubes and dice the garlic finely.

  3. When pasta is cooked drain and top with seed, feta and garlic, garnish with chopped spring onion and squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top.

  4. Enjoy immediately or save for eating cold!
