Recipe Ingredients for Four Layer Dessert

453 grams Pecan Shortbread Cookies
1 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup splenda
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup splenda
56 g sugar free instant pudding & pie filling
8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Four Layer Dessert

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Coat 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

  2. Crush 1 bag of pecan sandies in blender. Mix with 1/4 cup Splenda and 1 cup melted margarine. Press into prepared pan.

  3. Bake 12-15 min. Cool completely

  4. Cream together cream cheese and Splenda. Fold in 1/2 the whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.

  5. Stir together pudding mix and milk. Allow to set slightly. Spread over cream cheese layer.

  6. Top with remaining whipped topping.

  7. NOTE: Any flavor pudding can be used. Sprinkle top with chopped nuts, shaved chocolate/chips, coconut, etc.
