Recipe Ingredients for Four Cheese Penne

1 pound whole wheat penne
1 1/2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 1/4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
15 ounce crushed tomatoes
8 ounce low-sodium tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 Cooking spray
1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Recipe Directions for Four Cheese Penne

Combine cottage cheese and ricotta in separate bowl. Mix everything else in pot. Add cooked penne to pot with sauce, the add ricotta cottage cheese and 1/2 the mozz cheese. Put in 13x9 and top with remaining mozz cheese and parm.
