Recipe Ingredients for Four cheese macaroni

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 2/3 cups 1% low-fat milk
3 ounces Swiss cheese
2 ounces Asiago cheese
2 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese
3 ounces queso blanco
6 cloves roasted garlic
6 cups cooked elbow macaroni (about 3 cups uncooked)
1/2 cup onion, sauteed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Cooking spray
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Four cheese macaroni

  1. Cook the noodles.

  2. Make a roux.

  3. Add milk. Then diced (food processor) cheese.

  4. Pour over noodles.

  5. Top with (food processor) bread crumbs & olive oil.

  6. Bake until bubbly and brown.

  7. Nom.
