Recipe Ingredients for Four Bean Stew

1.5 cup Light Red Kidney Beans
1.5 cup Black Beans
3.5 serving Hanover garbanzo beans
1.5 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 onion(148 g) Yellow Onion
1 serving Green Onion
2 oz Mustard
4 tbsp Honey Squeezable
3 serving Red Wine Vinegar
1 cup slices Carrots
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Four Bean Stew

  1. Saute onions and garlic

  2. Add carrots and tomato until soft

  3. Add vegetables, beans, and 1 cup water into large pot

  4. Add mustard, honey, and vinegar to taste

  5. Add diced green onions

  6. Bring to a boil

  7. Simmer for 2 hours
