Recipe Ingredients for four bean simmer

2 serving garbanzos, rico
2 serving large red kidney beans, rico
38 g (cup) navy beans
1 cup lima beans, dry
5 roma tomatoes
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
2 serving vidalia onion, raw
5 clove Garlic
3 serving Nu salt
1 lbs ground turkey

Recipe Directions for four bean simmer

  1. Soak beans overnight and then simmer with other ingredients until tender. Approximately 3 hours.

  2. For added twist brown pork and turkey with onions, peppers, and spices.
