1 lb. green beans
12 oz. green peas
12 oz. kidney beans
12 oz. garbanzo beans
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Four Bean Salad

  1. Combine the beans.

  2. Add salt and Pepper and Lemon Juice to the olive oil, stir, then add to beans.

  3. Refrigerate for several hours.
