1/2 cup Foule Mudammas
1 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Bread, Pita, Whole-wheat
1 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Foule pita pocket

  1. Cook Foule Mudammas for 15min on low-med

  2. add lemon, salt pepper, and olive oil as needed-to taste

  3. boil, peel, and chop egg

  4. heat pita

  5. put entire mixture in pita bread

  6. add extra lemon juice if desired

  7. then EAT!
