Recipe Ingredients for Foul Madammas

1.5 cup Fava Beans
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
1 Medium Tomatoes
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Foul Madammas

Heat olive oil in large skillet. Chop onions, and sautee in olive oil until translucent. Add 1 can fava beans (including liquid); mash beans with potato masher. Heat through, add crushed clove of garlic, and 1 cup chopped tomato. Heat through (tomatoes should not be cooked), turn off heat, add lemon juice. Serve with pita bread.
