What is everyone eating for breakfast today?? I need some new ideas....

I usually have about a cup of Cheerios w/ Oat Clusters and 1/2 a cup of skim milk. Sometimes I'll throw also eat a banana, apple, or strawberries.

If I'm rushed I'll just eat a Special K cereal bar.

For breakfast today I had three egg whites scrambled, 1 tomato, some plain yougurt with fresh pineapple and kiwis. It was delicious and satisfying with only 200 calories!

Weetabix w/ frozen mixed berries and 1% milk  :)

I like a 1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal, with a cup of water....2 sweet-n-low and suger free maple syrup!! YUMM very filling too

Today I had a Yoplait fat free yogurt and Kashi apples and cinnamon oatmeal. Very delicious and filling* for only 260 cals!

*I ate around 8:45 and kept me full until about 2:00!

Most mornings I  take a bowl, (cereal size) and spray it with some PAM. Then I crack two eggs and chop up about 1/4 cup of mung beans that I sprouted and add them. Then I add couple squirts of yellow mustard. Mix it all up and cook it in the microwave for 2 min.

I get a perfect pancake shaped, 1" thick egg omelet. Add some Salt & pepper, and I'm good to go. Today I also had a piece of whole wheat toast with some peanut butter. Coffee

It adds up to 365 calories.

Wheaties and 2% milk, every day for a month and lost 2lbs a week...

  • Probiotic 0.1% fat drink
  • Fresh Orange Juice (not from concentrate)
  • Morning Harvest Bran Flakes with sultana and apple topped with a handful of prunes and pumkin seeds with semi-skimmed milk.
  • Coffee (instant...don't have a nice coffee machine at work :-/  )

I have this most mornings around 715/730am when I get into work.  I find I don't get that mid-morning crash since I started eating this lot for breakfast- not sure why.. Undecided but I'm not complaining..   I'm not usually hungry again til about 1200/1230.  If I can't get Morning Harvest Bran Flakes - I usually have Kelloggs Bran Flakes.  On the mornings I fancy a change I usually have oats/porridge with the same toppings. 

I've JUST noticed looking at other peoples brekfasts, that since I started with the CC that I hardly eat bread (toast/sandwiches, etc).  It hasn't been a conscious decision - I wonder why that is...hmmm.  I used to love toast with my breakfast...  Oh well - there's my breakfast...Smile
