Hi I have been on and off diets and I have only gained my weight not lost. .. Now, that my kids are 4 and 5 years old, I have decided to shed these extra pounds I have on me for the better.
I am a vegetarian and I try to exercise 3 - 4 times a week. The only problem I have is my eating habits. I love sweets and carbs :(..... Also, at work... I tend to seek sweets after lunch...
How can I over come this habit? Any suggestions?
