I am at 185. My BMI is 31.9. I have a toned butt and legs but my back and stomach needs major improvement! I am doing cardio 5 days a week as well as strength trainig 3 days a week everyday for a month and it's not going down. How could I lower it faster?
First and foremost you want to be at a caloric deficit. The easiest way to do this is to eat healthily. To further aid you in losing those extra lbs you can hit the gym and do what you are currently doing.
But you really want to have a solid diet plan if you want to seriously lose weight.
