ive lost a couple of pounds the past few months. Its been due to a major lifestyle change and change in food. and 3km walking/jogging every day.
even i can notice what others have also been pointing out. my belly seems to have grown bigger. my face looks a bit thinner so does the rest of me, its like all the fat has seeped into my belly :|
i don't know if this sounds weird... i just cant make sense of it. I know visceral/ belly fat is supposed to be the last to go but come on why does my belly have to become bigger.
I think it is that you are losing weight else where and it gives the appearance that your belly is bigger but it is probably the same. If you are anything like me the mid section area is the first weight on and last weight off. I lost a lot of weight so far but my waist/belly hasn't changed too much (as I said in another post I can pretty much fit in a size 6 pants but I am a size 12 dress still (even though I was able to fit in a size 12 dress, 10lbs heavier)), we can't spot reduce you just have to keep losing and wait for those trouble areas to catch up with the rest of our body.
No, there is no correlation between walking/running and your belly getting "bigger".
I pretty much eat only natural foods. the only time i have something processed is probably a can of tuna. do try to maintain the 3 liters of water a day... but keep ending up using the restroom pretty often lol.
