having a problem getting Enough kcal now!!

Ok so I started the plexus slim program and love it. It curbs my appetite very good and I don't crave unhealthy snack but I am a picky eater so it's hard to find things that I will eat. Right now it is midnight and I'm still under 1000 cal for the day. But I have burned over 3500 cal today. Sounds great right but I don't want to go into starvation mode. Everyone says that in order to tone up I have to eat to get the protein but what I'm taking and just does not have enough of all my energy nutrients. And I'm not really hungry so now I feel like I'm having to force myself to eat which to me feels like I'm defeating the purpose of a diet. Any advice from anyone

maybe stop taking the drug and start focusing on eating normally and working out regularly now that it's helped you jumpstart your dieting regime

I'm a nurse so my normal lifestyle would be somewhere between sedentary and moderate. Since I started on my weight loss journey I have been walking 3.5 miles every night (bout 1.5 hrs) and some days I walk/jog 1.5 miles in morning up and down inclined surface and uneven terrain plus the flat surface 3.5 miles everynight. Starting weight was 254 and I'm 5'10

What types of foods do you typically eat?  Add some nuts, nut butters, avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, grass fed butter, whatever to your menu.  Cal dense without a lot of bulk.

  • 1 cup of lettuce:         8 calories
  • 1 cup of yam:          158 calories
  • 1 cup of pecans:     746 calories
  • 1 cup of olive oil:  1,728 calories

Different foods have vastly different amounts of calories. Start adding some calorie dense foods to your diet.
