my lifestyle allows me to eat first meal at 18h (6PM) and second (last meal) at 8.30PM
i'm trying to lose weight and also i found out that i do best on ketogenic diets. (accompanied with intermittent fasting)
i dont like carbs at all
here's my problem: i just cant figure out any logical and satisfying meal (or two) that is (are) keto-approved.
because of my sendetary lifestyle - to lose weight i need only 1200kcals
please, help me with some meal plan ... i prefer eggs and (canned) fish
