ideal carb/protein/fat intake for a day?

For the life of me I can't figure out what my ideal carb/protein/fat intake should be in a day (in terms of grams, I am not so concerned about the CC percentages). Does anyone know the best way to figure this out?

I think I found some calculator on the web once but forgot to bookmark it and can't find it again. Does anyone know of something like this?----thanks!

The RDA for protein in healthy adults is 0.8 grams per kilogram of Ideal Body Weight (IBW). IBW is between BMI 19 and 24.9 and it varies by individual.

I don't know about fats or carbs.
