homemade skinny wraps?

Quote  |  Reply

I was wondering if anyone knew how to do homemade skinny wraps? i have ace bandages and i have cling foil but i think you have to use some kind of cream for it to work? I might and i might not have it. If anyone knows how to do this please tell me and if it actually works and how long i should wear it and what should i do while i have it on. Thanks!

Never done one. I heard boxers use

Albolene Moisturizing Cleanser, 12oz to make them sweat. Maybe that would help? I'd do cardio while you're wearing it to sweat more.

All these wraps do is purge water weight through sweat and make you dehydrated. Just stick with a bit of exercise and a modest calorie deficit and you'll lose weight much more healthily and permanently.
What is the point?

Sweating does not melt away fat. It just dehydrates you. Why don't you simply exercise in heavy clothes while depriving yourself of water? It is a silly idea, but no sillier than wrapping yourself in plastic.

all you need is plastic wrap and lotion, leave it on from an hour up to 8, and drink plenty of water. i've done this the day before my sisters wedding and I lost the 3 inches I needed to fit into my brides maids dress. make sure you measure yourself before you put it on and after you take it off. Do not do this everyday I repeat DO NOT DO THIS EVERYDAY. you will dehydrate yourself to much if you do, and make sure you drink water before you put it on and right after you take it off. this will not help you lose weight, it will just take off a few inches from your waist and water weight. stick to a healty diet, excercise and drink lots of water. if you look up body wraps on youtube it will show you how to do it.
