Thanks for passing that on! I eat "flaxseed crackers"... take ground flaxseed and add enough water to make it puff up... let it sit for a while to do this. Then spread the mix on a baking sheet about 1/8 inch thick in cracker size circles. Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice and bake at 350 until they look crispy. Flaxseed meal is cheap too!!
