How to Digest Faster?

Well, I ate too much for a snack, as I went to a club where they HAD to have pizza and chocolate; I only had half a slice, but now I'm very full and feeling slightly bloated, as I just ate before that. Any ideas (besides just waiting until my food goes down) to feel a bit better or to digest faster? Sorry- I know this sounds really silly. XP

Go for a half hour to an hour long walk at a medium pace so you don't feel sick or get a cramp

Drink a lot of water :)
