ok so yesterday i tried to makeup for a binge (1000 calories at the most)
this morning, i WAS doing great! (in my opinion):
1 piece of whole wheat bread, with a hole cut outfrom its center, and 1 egg white insdie, 1 MEDIUM banana.
but then, as i was sitting around bored, i started to have a granola craving (the granola ALWAYS ruins me)
i ate like 1 1/4 cups of it! that changed my total so far from 210 calories to like 890 calories!
i want to go workout or something...but please someone can you help!? i am thinking about not eating for the rest of the day! (or for dinner having like 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese, or like a small piece of fish...

dont beat urself up, esp if its breakfast. Usually a breakfast binge is useless to save as its so early. Eat when u feel hungry but try not to skip dinner if you're REALLY starving.
I don't think getting the majority of your calories at breakfast is anything to be kicking yourself for. Maybe it's just me, but when I have a big breakfast, I don't get the cravings and temptations to binge later in the day. I almost always drop weight the day after a big breakfast. If it were me, I'd have a nice sized salad and a peice of fish or some lean chicken or turkey sometime around 3:00 or 4:00 this afternoon and be done for the day. The protien and fiber will keep you going for the rest of the day and not add a lot of calories. Easy-peasy.

+1 i have to agree it seems like everyday its the same type of questions ur posting. Considering ur onli 14 and well within a healthy weight range u should be able to consume 2000+ kcal w/o even considering the amount u exercise. Be easy on urself and stop sabotaging ur body. I mean no harm but i am worried

You have posted many threads in the past few days and have received many helpful responses. You acknowledge you are obsessed with calories/body image etc and fear that you may get an ED. You are not eating enough and are heading down a terrible path of bingeing, starving etc which will lead to a lifetime of happiness.
