I know nothing about those injections but would strongly caution you against thinking any kind of preparation can 'burn' fat from your stomach. If the belly-fat is there because you're overweight, then getting down to a healthy weight makes sense. If you're mistaking 'retained fluid' for belly fat (which is quite common) then an improved diet with more wholefoods, fewer processed foods, less salt and so forth can make a big difference. And finally, the abdomen contains a lot of guts and vital organs.... in many people that results in a perfectly natural curve.

Ask your doctor about b12 injections etc.... Their opinion is really the only one you should listen to.

B12 shots may be necessary for vegetarians or people with specific vitamin uptake inhibitions( and the elderly tend to be deficient in B12), but there's no evidence that it helps with weight loss in people who have a sensible diet and no problems with absorbing vitamins from their food.

Your doctor can perform a pretty simple blood test to see if you're in the group of people who can benefit from injections; but if you aren't deficient injections won't help you any.

As for HCG, I looked into that in details a few days back, and there's no there there.

Yes, it sounds incredible that there's an injection that can help you lose weight fast and safe, and it is. Incredible, that is - because it's not actually true as a quick and painless search on Pubmed and some cursory reading of the associated papers would show you.

It's all complete and utter nonsense, and I'd let it pass by quietly except that it's also horrifyingly dangerous nonsense because it promotes a literal starvation diet under the guise of "fast, safe weight loss".  Convicted felon and notorious serial fraud Kevin Trudeau made the HCG diet the centerpiece of his weight loss scam The Weight Loss Cure "They" Don't Want You to Know About along with promoting Scientology which is where the current popularity of what is at heart a starvation diet comes from.
