how about a fruit one, tastes kind of like strawberry short cake:

1 (or two) flour tortillas

1/2 TBSP ricotta cheese (a whole tablespoon if making two)

1/2 TBSP strawberry jam (a whole tablespoon if making two)

3-4 strawberries (6-8 if making two)

First mix the ricotta and jam together in a small bowel until well combined. Then heat the tortilla for ten seconds to soften and make easier to roll up. Spread ricotta mixture on tortilla, slice up strawberries onto the ricotta, roll up like a burrito and enjoy. It is really light and fresh and yummy. I will eat these as a snack, breakfast, or dessert.
