You can't just say something like that and then run off. That's just wrong. I love stir fry. I would not be against you sharing the recipe. Smile

well dave I am about to fry up a strip steak before I shovel some more snow

but I'm not planning on stirring it

OK, OK,....Here's what I do but just so you know, I don't have a "recipe" per se...It changes/varies every time. This is what I made last night...

1 whole head of garlic, minced

about 2 tablespoons of fresh minced ginger

1 jalapeno, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

2 cups of snow peas (use scissors to cut the ends off)

1 bunch of cilantro, chopped

about 3 cups bean sprouts

1/2 white onion, sliced

3 shallots, diced

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

1 can of sliced water chesnuts

1 bunch Bok Choy, chopped

1 package extra firm tofu, cubed

2 teaspoons of red chili paste

In a hot wok, toss in the onions, shallots, garlic w/ some sesame oil until translucent

Add a dash of Fish Sauce, low sodium Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar, and a bit of water

Add the snow peas and peppers and cover for a couple of minutes

Add the Bok Choy, ginger, and mushrooms. Stir and cover for another couple of minutes.

Add a bit more rice wine vinegar and soy if need be and add the remaining ingredients, stir and cover for a few more minutes.

Add a small amount of Szechuan Stir Fry Sauce, mix up and serve over rice or noodles.
