Creamy low-cal pumpkin soup

This is really quick and easy to make.  It makes about 4 8-oz servings at 90 calories each.  It is very rich and filling.

1/2 large onion (or 1 small) chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic minced
Spray oil
1 (15 oz) can of pumpkin puree
3/4 cup of cream-style corn
1-2 cubes of vegetable bouillon
2-3 cups of water (you could substitute the water and bouillon for an equivalent amount of vegetable broth)
Salt/pepper to taste
  Sauté the onion and garlic with a little oil in the pan.  Add pumpkin puree and corn.  Mix bouillon with water (may have to use some hot water) and add.  Season with salt, pepper to taste.  Put in blender and puree.
