How often do people weigh in and report it on their log? Once a week or more often?
Oh thanks. Maybe I should do more often than once a week, it might keep me more on track!
I do mine every day too...so many pros and cons to each side if you should do it once a week or every day but I can't wait to get up in the morning and get on the scale :) I might not feel that way when I get closer to my goal but I feel that way now lol
That's kind of what I'm afraid of...If it's not good news I feel like I may just set myself up for failure for the day!
thanks Helene. I think that's a good idea. I did weigh myself today (which is the 2nd time this week) and I did lose another pound. I have to say this has motivated me to be good since it seems like such a long time since I've seen the scale move in the right direction. So I'm trying to plan a healthy Easter menu so I don't gain it back!
