I'm going to be 60 in July and really want to enter my 6th decade healthier and more fit than I entered my 5th. I have about 15 lbs (or a bit more depending on how I feel once I get there) I want to lose and am incorporating a reasonable exercise program along with changing the way I eat...which isn't great at this point. I'm curious if anyone here has tried the Carb Addicts program and if so what kind of success you had with it? Any insights on that vs just "healthy eating" (and what that really MEANS!) would be most appreciated! Thanks!!
