I fit realized how much I lost

I didn't fit into my old t shirt that was a xl and I was so disappointed but now it's extremely loose I've been walking 2 miles a day for I believe 5-6 months and I ate a lot better and cut out soda for the majority of time even on vacation I had ma of water I think I had a swallow of diet coke from a friend on the ferry from statue of liberty to jersey but I was really proud I was 294 when I started and now I'm around 256 now and I ran my first mile around a month ago I was so proud and I've noticed I havnt been as "sweaty" all the time it seems like now I'm not dieing in class when i rushed up the stairs to class which to me seemed obvious but im ranting good luck everyone
