I have finally reached my weight loss goal! I had originally set it lower, but looking in my mirror I see the shape that I was working so hard for and don't feel like I need to lose anymore. I am down from 155 pounds to 118 pounds, 5'5", 23 and small framed. Over the last two weeks I have upped my calorie intake from 1300-1400 to 1500 and am aiming to eventually hit about 2000 a day depending on my activity amount. Even better once there I want to stop counting. I have never had an ED, so I was kinda shocked when I realized I was mentally struggling so much with eating the extra calories. I don't want to get into an unhealthy relationship with food! Any recommendations for easing into a better everyday diet?
